Probably need some more CYA but otherwise seems fine I think.
Logs aren't 100% complete - missing some scrubs and a whole host of equipment changes and cartridge filter clean at the tender age of 2 weeks etc. Chems are largely accurate.

I think you're doing quite well. If water is crystal clear, I'd say press-on with what you normally do.
