Clean the filter.

What is the humidity?

Normal Air Temperature Differential.

This is the difference in the temperature of the air entering the coil (ambient air), and the air being discharged out the top by the fan. 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Measure the actual air temperature of the air coming out of the top for comparison.

Humidity at this moment is 64%
Outdoor temperature is 79 degrees
I don’t have a way to measure the temperature of the air coming out of the fan. Filter was cleaned Sunday (Easter). Gauge says 20-30 psi is the recommended range.

It should be going into Defrost Mode.

I would contact the Builder and Hayward to see what they can do.
