Aquatrol RJ Controller Serial Number

Anyone out there know where to find the serial number? I have a controller that has completely stopped working after 1 season.
No lights, no pump control, nothing. I can hear a low hum when it's plugged in, but other than that, nothing.
I looked over the entire unit and couldn't find a serial number anywhere.

It should be on the front door by a barcode.

It should start with something like 3A17.
