Hi! I just purchased an aquaterra spa and have a Flo error. No air lock that I can tell-Jets work fine on high but won’t run on low.
i hear something clock when I push the button for lowjets, and a light comes on, but no air. Only on high.
Is there a website to find reputable repair service? I’m in CT. Thanks!

I am not sure what you mean by "no air". The jets don't move air, they move water. They may have an air injection system on the jets, but it operates off if a venturi, which means that the water creates a suction that pulls in air. With the jets on low, the water is moving much slower and so not drawing in much if any air.
Also, that brand (which I have never seen or heard of) is a Watkins brand (which I have seen too many of by far), and most of their tubs use a circulation pump for heat, and so the jets might have nothing to do with your flow error. Did you fill it through the filter pipe? Try removing the filter and putting a garden hose into the pipe. That may clear the airlock, if that's the issue.
Can you post some pics of the filter area and the equipment area?
I would think Costco would have a phone number to give you, at least. Is there a spa dealer in town? They may not be willing to fix it, but may have the number of an independent tech who will.

My husband believes you are describing a run capacitor error. You can replace them very easily and they are inexpensive through Amazon. We were having the exact same issue and just replaced ours. I’m skeptical if it’s really the issue but it’s been 24 hours and so far so good. My husband took a picture of the capacitor so he could find a match online. Ours was a 40ufd with maximum voltage of 300 volts. He went with a 40ufd capacitor with 450 V maximum. We Have a Aqua Terra Chesapeake seven seater that we bought through Costco. Be sure to discharge the capacitor otherwise you will understand what a taser feels like if you touch both connections. 😂
