AquaPure Flashing Light

I'm having trouble with my AquaPure 1400. On the external indicator, Pgm B is illuminated solidly, but the Flow led is flashing slowly. Accordingly, the flow light is off on my control unit and the screen reads no flow. Any ideas what could be wrong? Does the flashing LED mean something? Cannot find anything on google... any help is appreciated. At this point, thinking of just swapping out the entire power unit for their new APureM - but since everything worked yesterday, not sure that's the best option?

Cell is clean, sensor is two weeks old (replaced... I was getting errors 172 and 185 before... replacing sensor made these go away and all was good for two weeks), water is balanced.

Hi JoshO,

Today I spoke with Zodiac the manufacturer of your AquaPure and they stated the following...

Zodiac Reply
"if the module is working at program B and you getting a no flow at the display if possible a bad sensor. try program A. then you may need to to check the Power Interface Board (PIB) to make sure it still can read flow."

My Reply
Ok, if they just replaced the sensor a few weeks ago would you guess that it would be the PIB?

Zodiac Reply
Yes most likely it is the PIB if they just replaced the flow switch

My Reply
One last question... Is there any issue with customer going with complete new APUREM power supply.

Zodiac Reply
It would be fine to replace the complete power supply with a APUREM

Here is a link to the AquaPure Power Interface Board (PIB)
Here is a link the AquaPure Power Center (APUREM)

Thanks Ping. Filter pressure is good. I do not have the small flow calibration adapter board. My original sensor was before that came out and my new one has an external module so that is not included/needed. So, unfortunately, I have no white "Cal" button - a lot of posts on other threads said that would do the trick :(

Thanks Patrick. My problem is actually with the interface, I think. Program B is lit (I also tried Program A even though I am confident I need B) but the flow light next to it is blinking.

I'll try to chat with Zodiac too. I talked to them on the phone and they basically said "call a retailer"... maybe online will be better?

Anyway, really appreciate your help.

Whenever I have tried to talk to Zodiac, they say call a pool man, Possibly the worst customer service of any company on the planet. At any rate. I wouldn't swap the whole powersupply, at most the board and check ebay. When I needed a new board , I got a good used one for less than 90 dollars. Transformer too for same price and there really are only those two parts for the electronics.
