Aqua rite S3 tcell S325 cell current 0amp

Greeting, in 2023 we built a new pool and had the Aqua rite S3 tcell S325 installed. Shortly after, it stopped producing chlorine. The salt cell was replaced yet the problem still exist. It is reading 200ppm for average salt, yet salt levels are confirmed at 3000. Cell Current is reading 0.00a but voltage reading 28.5. Any advice?

Change Polarity and see what the readings are.

Have you tested your actual salinity with a salt test kit?

I did. That’s how I got a new salt cell. Still showing 0amp on cell current

Tell them that a new cell did not fix the problem.

They need to get the system fixed.

If it is not fixed, tell them it is not fixed.

It is not your problem, it is their problem.
