Need a little help here......

My AquaLink (RS PS6) and AquaPure (Apure 1400) are apparently on bad terms and not speaking to each other. I'm seeing the following message in the mobile app when I try to access the AquaPure:

"AquaPure not found. Check AquaPure RS485 and power connections."

Aqua pure is running, AquaLink is running, communication between the two seems to not be there. Looking for help to troubleshoot and fix.

thx!

Have you tried to fully power down and reboot the AquaLink and the AquaPure power centers (e.g. flip the breakers off for a minute and then back on)?

Check the RS-485 cable connections on both ends then, inside the Apure power center, and the AquaLink one. Sometimes an individual wire manages to wrangle loose from the plastic terminal blocks.

If you shut off the complete system and that did not reset the communication, then remove RS485 cable and either recut the ends to make new connections or use a new RS485 cable.
Also, try only to have the AquaPure RS485 cable connected only on the RED connector with no other device.
The RED connector can have up to 2 devices connected to it but if you can isolate it only to the AquaPure that may help.

Do these wire changes with the whole system turned off. Make the new connections then power on whole system

Also - confirm that the system working properly and this is a new issue when no other changes were made to wiring or system.
