Anyone know Hayward ecommand 4?

So I can't run my waterfall or light in the pool when running the pump at 50%. The builder had sent someone out a few times to do something to it.. like resetting it maybe? Either way he wouldn't really tell me what he did.

Any ideas on resetting this thing so I can run my accessories while the filter is on low?

If someone doesn't answer you here, I would call him and tech support until I got an answer on how to take care of this. They should have explained it when they were there, IMO.

Page 18 of operation manual talks about "lights pump speed". Along the same lines there's settings for aux1 (or aux2....etc) and valves pump speed. Thats probably the issue.
