Any reputable online source on ordering custom safety cover?

Main thing here is I want to keep my current anchor holes. Anchors themselves are pretty rusty but most likely will serve for some time.

Measured pool + anchors in A/B measurement, wrote everything down. What's the best online place (just want to save a little compared to local pool guys) to order a safety cover?

Pool is very simple 35 x 15 oval pool.

Literally came here to ask this exact question.

I've been emailing back and forth with poolcoversdirect.com for more than a week. It is going poorly. I think I need to use someone else.

I would like a new cover. I have anchors in the deck. I have measured (A-B) the pool and the anchors. Is there an online vendor who can produce for me a new cover?

I called Anchor and they won't talk to consumers. The pricing from poolcoversdirect is fine, but the customer service is abysmal. I think they're confusing me with someone else. Do they have a competitor?

Man, are you me? :) Same thing w/ poolcoverdirect. Called them up a few times today, no one picks up but guy on emails answer 'he's not on a phone now, but can answer emails'. Asked to give me a call back he said: "well, you know, we'll skip, best of luck".

Of course, "best of luck". Know how to handle most basic customer service first.

I got quotes from poolwarehouse but those are quite high to I would want, just checking if anyone has some place to recommend.

I wonder if they're confusing the two of us. It seems like whomever I'm talking to opens up their email once a day and just tries to get SOME reply out to say they have. But if they're reading the email they're not replying to the message in it.

I just want to buy a pool cover, man. Two minutes telling me what I'm buying and we're golden.
