In one word...WOW!! (y)(y)(y)

Just received my Speed Stir today. Ordered on the 11th even though they said it was on back order. I only tested PH and chlorine today and the results left me wide eyed . Looking forward to tomorrow when I run a full test, especially CYA.

This thing is beyond impressive! Seeing is believing for sure. Never knew what I was missing. When I first saw mention of it here last year, I thought nah...I'll pass. How hard can it be to just swirl the tube. Then as time went on and I started losing track of drops, or questioned if I mixed it enough, I bit the bullet. No doubt I should have done it sooner.

Maybe its just me, but I can honestly see the color change or the sample turning clear much easier. And that's coming from someone who's a tad color blind.:p

For anybody reading that's still on the fence...buy it! You won't regret it...promise:cool:

I’ve had mine for a few months now and really like it. How are you using it with the CYA test? My Taylor kit uses a small bottle that you shake to mix. I suppose I could mix it in the tube and pour from there into the dot test chamber, but was wondering if there’s something else I’m missing. If it can help with that stupid dot test, I’ll be an even bigger fan!

Didn't give it much thought. I figured pre measure the sample and then dump it in the vial. It may not be much better than shaking the bottle, but that's not going to stop me from trying it anyway. :p

oh and I agree with that "If it can help with that stupid dot test" lol. The only suggestion I can offer is repetition does make it easier to understand.
