Pool has never had issues, always tests fine with TF-100. The water is clear, has been clear. But this afternoon, I noticed that there was algae under the Pentair bubbler cover. My guess is, the design doesn't allow for good water circulation. I don't run the bubbler that often, it's scheduled to run once a week for 20 minutes.
Today's result via TF-100
FC: 6.5
CC: 0
pH: 7.6
CH: 375
TA: 70
CYA: 60
So the question is what's the best way to deal with this without it blowing up into a full blown algae issue? If I remove the cover and just let things circulate, do I risk a full blown algae? Maybe I can up the FC for a little bit just so it doesn't dip below the recommended level as it's working the algae?
Thanks,
-S
