Algae advise please

Hello all! I received the Taylor 2006C kit. These are the result from this morning:

FC 4.6
CC 0
pH +/- 7 ?? See picture
CYA 55
TA 80
CH 120

pH was 7.8 yesterday and I lowered it, a bit too much apparently, but its rainy these days so might be up again tomorrow.

I want to replace some water to lower CYA; any idea how much water I should waste/replace?

Almost ready to start SLAM, what do you think?

CYA 55 gets rounded up to 60.
You can start the SLAM Process - SLAM FC for CYA 60 is 24.

The pH looks to be 7.0 and should raise on its own.

Your CH is low for a plaster pool. But this can be addressed after the SLAM Process is complete.
