Unfortunately the answer is “it depends”. The correct percentage depends on the size of the salt cell, the size of your pool, your pump run time and the chlorine demand of your pool. Without any of those details there’s no way to determine that number.

Trial and Error, as Brett says. I'd start out at 20% and test the next day. If its too low, go up again, and so on. Till you find it holding the FC level you seek.

I'd go the other direction.. start high and reduce slowly. I've erred on the low side before and then ended up playing catch-up...
