Hey folks,
If you are following my construction thread you already know that my PB decided to proactively replace the initial liner for quality reasons
But in checking out the currently installed liner I noticed that there is no foam padding on the swim-out bottom or on any of the stair treads. I have been in pools that have foam and have found them comfortable. I asked him why not and he said that the soft surface is more prone to puncture, especially since these are high traffic/kid areas. He also said that he would do it if I wanted it.
What is the general consensus on this topic?
Thanks in advance!
