Adjusting this pool chemicals

According to the pool math calculator today I added 1650 g of dry stabiliser, impatiently, although the package says to ensure that the pH level is between 7.2 and 7.6.

I plan to wait for a week before I start adding the rest of the chemicals suggested as per the calculator one at a time.

Giving that the pH level is at the high end of the range, which of these chemicals need to be fixed first? Calcium hardness or total alkalinity.

How to lower or maintain the pH level while raising the TA (adding 1.3 kg of baking soda) which will push the pH level too high anyway?

Thank you
