Hi,
It's the first time I'm trying this and had a few questions.
I measured my current PSI after a backwash and rinse to get a benchmarck of my current PSI which was 20.
I mixed in half a cupy of DE with pool water and I poured directly in the skimmer. I didn't see an increase of PSI so I guess this where I add more but had a few questions before I proceeded.
1. How long should I wait until the PSI readings go up?
2. Should any valves be shut off when pouring this directly in the skimmer? Everything is still currently open, my chlorinator, my heater, my return jets, my bottom drains.
3. How long after adding is it safe for swimmers to swim?
Thanks
