Add stabilizer (powered) pump not 24/7

My pump replacement delayed CYA at or near 0 (I added 2 Trichlor tablets I doubt that moved the needle and I don’t have many CYA tests left)
Can I use the sock method squeezing every 30minutes and just run the pump 6 hours in the day (2 hrs at a time)? I can’t run it overnight.
Otherwise do I just buy more trichlor?
FC 2.5 CC .5 last night pending test this morning my guess 1.5

Your post is a bit confusing but I think you are asking if the pump needs to run 24/7 when are adding CYA with the sock method. If so, the answer is "No"

Run when you can and squeeze the sock from time to time and it will all mix up just fine.

That’s what I need thank you. So long as I don’t cause damage by not continuing to circulate water after sock contents dissolved that was question
