Active 20, S200, etc. for 2 pools

I have a 24 ft AG pool and also take care of another 16x33 AG pool. I am thinking of getting a Active 20, or variant of it splitting the cost with the other pool owner. Is there any reason I can't use the cleaner for two pools? They don't map or anything right?
