Acid wash, Calcium deposits, light

So, I have been busy/lazy over the winter and things with my pool have gotten out of whack. Here where my results.
7.4 pH
7 cl-
CYA 130
TA 70
Ca2+ 1375.
I live in Phoenix and we have had an unusually cool week so I decided to do a drain. I drained it today. I noticed a lot of deposits on the walls. I’m wondering if they will come of with an acid wash. Is an acid wash to intense for a DIY project. Also, I have super old lights that don’t work. Is it easier to switch while drained? I feel like I’m in a little over my head. Advise?
