So I had made the hole where the jet filter goes, installed the jet filter for the pool.
Started to fill my pool and all of a sudden the liner is being pulled down by the weight of the water. How can I fix this?
Could I patch it and recut?

What a bummer. Aside form patching and creating a new hole with some water weight in there to ensure the liner is stretched and set, I can't think of anything else. Maybe someone else will have a bigger light bulb in the head than me tonight.
