Above ground pool deck?

Hello, I'm wanting to make a small deck, maybe 8-10' wide, 4-6' depth. Really just enough to allow my kids to jump into the pool from the deck. I have a 30' semi above ground pool that is out of the ground 27". I'm wondering is there some way to build this deck so the deck boards go over the pool's top rail and just have to remove the deck board covering the rail when it comes to a liner change? I wanted the beaded liner but they were out of stock at the time.

I don't have a pool that large but I extended a deck out over the edge of my Intex pool....left a small gap so I could slide the winter cover under when it's time to close...I could remove the facia and have a larger gap if I needed it. Probably not a lot of help but anythings possible:

How far of a distance is it from the deck into the pool. I’m putting in a smaller replacement pool up at an existing deck. The new pool will be lower than the previous and I’m worried about the gap.

From the lip of the deck to the top of the pool frame is 8". and then that gap between the pool frame and wood beam is approx 2-3"
