About to start my first SLAM. Are my levels ok to start?

Liquid Chlorine
FC - 5.4
CC - .4
pH - 7.5
TA - 110
CH - 195
CyA - 80

Temp was 91 degrees.

Pool is a light green ish color and I know I’ve got an algae problem so I’m attacking it with a slam but wanted to make sure I don’t need to adjust any other levels before adding the liquid chlorine!

Thanks in advance!

Your pH is not bad, but you could lower it to 7.2 with some MA.
Yor CYA is 80 so you will need to raise your FC to 32 to meet SLAM levels. Is there a possibility to drain half the pool and refill before you SLAM to get the CYA in the 40-50 range?
Refer to the FC/CYA Levels for SLAM levels at different CYA levels.

Unlikely to drain and refill. Not in a timely fashion anyway. I knew going in that my CYA was high so stopped and picked up my first 16 gallons of liquid chlorine today. Luckily menards has 4 gallon cases dor $15.96. Plus 11% rebate of course. So I’m prepared to put in LOTs and LOTS of chlorine.

I have plenty of MA so I’ll bring PH down and go to work.

Thank you!
