What order to put in chemicals?

We finally have the big pool almost full. We have about a foot left before we can start the pump. With the smaller pool, I'm sure I could've had a better order to putting in the chemicals. So which levels need tackled first? Does it matter on the state of the pool or is it the same every time?

levels in case it matters
TC 0
FC 0
pH 7.8
TA 100
CYA 0

For this first-time fill:
1. Start the CYA now, put enough in a sock near your return to get you to about 40 or so in this heat. It takes about a week to show-up on testing.
2. As soon as water reaches your skimmer to where you can pump water, add just enough bleach to stay at about 2ppm until your CYA increases.
3. Your PH is at the top of the range, so watch it closely. If it goes any higher, bring it back to about 7.2-7.4 with some muriatic acid. Make sure you do not combine acid and bleach at the same time. In general, we separate all chemicals in the pool by about 30 min with the pump running.

You can use the poolmath calculator (link below) to assist. Also, at your next opportunity, please add which test kit you are using to your signature. It helps us. :) Hope this helps get you started. Have a terrific day!
