Solar Heater Pipe Clog

So this weekend I put together a solar heater using the 1/2" irrigation pipe....some old and some new. Somewhere within the first 30-50' there is something clogging the pipe. Any suggestions on what to use to unclog it or is my best option simply to cut and replace that section?

Are you sure there is a clog? The reason I ask is that there is a lot of head loss in that type of pipe so you don't get much flow through it unless you are cutting it up into a lot of parallel pieces. Using that type of pipe for solar is generally not worth the effort and cost.
