We just purchase a 24' round above ground pool from some friends of ours. Got it to the house & started installing it this weekend. We've got the wall up & liner attached now for the tricky part. We started filling it with water yesterday after lining the previous holes up for the skimmer. At what point should we attach the skimmer? The more water that gets in the pool the harder it is to line up the holes. We would greatly appreciate any advice you can give us. Thanks in advance.

I set up one of these a long time ago, but you would need to attach the skimmer plate that lines up the hole in the liner with the skimmer hole right away or the weight of the water will make it impossible to align.
