Re: EcoStar 3400VSP Failure

Moved by Divin Dave

I have an issue issue with my EcoStar (Display indicated that the motor was running but clearly it was not). Has anyone been able to fix this issue DIY or do we have to by the New Drive for $899. I rebuilt my old NorthStar 3HP and got a total of 8 years out of it but I have not torn into the EcoStar. Oh Man!

Re: EcoStar 3400VSP Failure

I bought it online may 2012 and paid $250 to have it installed professionally. The drive controller went out on May 9th 2015. So, I submitted a claim on the Hayward website and corresponded with a Hayward rep and guess what? They are sending a tech out to my house to replace the controller.
