New here - Doggie/Human Pool - Pearland, TX

I want to build a "doggie pool" with cinder blocks. I understand that if depth is less than xx inches I dont need a permit.
would like to know the easiest way possible because i am going to build it.

Permits are going to vary by location, however on the topic of dog pools there was someone in FL that built a very nice one a year or two ago. The common no permit depth is 18". You should probably visit some koi pond websites. There are lots of people building cinder block koi ponds. Koiphen.com is the only one I can think of right now.
