Ground Cloths for Concrete

I have a small Intex Easy Set that I put up seasonally on a concrete patio. The past year, especially, I had a lot of mildew/mold growing on the ground cover under and around the pool. I've always used the Gorilla/Rhino pad type cloths. Is there something that would be better as far as mildew/mold goes? This is on concrete, so I guess I'm not getting the drainage that I would normally get if it were on grass and the cloth tends to stay wet which causes the mildew/mold. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

Where there is water, you'll always have mold n mildew. If I were to take my liner out of my pool, I'd find the same thing on my gorilla pad. I don't think there is going to be an easy solution. If it were my pool, I'd cut the gorilla pad as close to the pool as possible n just deal with it.
