Cleaner not working...

I noticed that my cleaner pump is working, but my cleaner isn't getting enough flow to move on the bottom. I've also noticed a bit of a different sound in the main filter system...almost like a bit of a leak or something. I'm due to disassemble and clean the filters and then re-add some DE, but am a bit concerned. I disassembled the hose going from the pool to the cleaner and checked for blockage but didn't see anything, but did notice there's very little water coming out of it...

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

Sounds like a dirty filter to me. That is where I would start.

Filter disassembled and cleaned, but still the clearer isn't working ARGH!!! Cleaner pump feels & sounds like it's working. I checked all the pipes & tubes that I could and nothing appears obstructed. For some reason, the flow just isn't there going in to the tube of the cleaner. Any other thoughts/suggestions?
