Removing Paver Sealer from Pool Tiles?

Greetings,

We had the paver deck around our pool sealed with a water-based, "wet-look" sealer. Evidently, the over-spray got into the pool water, and the sealer ended up drying on our pool tile, which created a white, 1/2" wide band midway up the tile around the entire pool. We have a darker brown tile, so it's very noticeable.

Any idea what I could use to remove it?
