CYA levels reading 0

I was wondering about the stabilizer. I added the recommended amount for my pool in July and my CYA registered zero. I added another full amount 9 days ago (late Sept) to balance my water before closing the pool for the winter and it is still registering zero. I used a sock and put it in the skimmer both times. Should I worry about it? Here is how everything looks. I have a vinyl pool with SWG.

Ok I've added my signature. That was hard, lol.
I'll get the other information in daylight hours.
I'm back. I re did my homework and I have not added enough stabilizer. 11 700 gallons = 44289 litres. Using HTH stabilizer (walmart) says to add 250 gr per 10 000 litres. I only added 300 gr for 11 700 gallons (twice)...oops.
I will add another 500 gr and go from there.
