Hayward return fitting SP1408 with 2 1/2" thread body?

I want to add additional returns to my above ground pool. Walls of the pool are 2" thick. Haywards SP1408 is exactly the same and the return fitting supplied with a pool, except that thread body is not long enough. Does anybody know where I could get fitting such as SP1408 but with 2 1/2" thread body? The one that manufacturer sells is expensive as if it is made out of gold. It is made by Custom Molded Products with a product number that even CMP representative cannot find in catalog. Any help would be appreciated.

Google "bulkhead fittings" and see what you can come up with. I know they make them up to 2" in diameter. The 1 1/2" dia one i have here has a thread length of 1" but you may be able to find one longer.
