I know this isnt really a UK Forum but I want to know if I can continue to use my pool through the winter. The temperature gets down to 0centigrade usually, sometime lower allthough not for extended periods. I have 2x 3kw heaters, should these stop it from freezing? I plan to build some sort of removable enclosure over it for the winter if I can continue using it.
 
It depends on what you want. Do you really want to swim during winter, or do you want to prevent ir from freezing? If it is for the last, you should be fine by keeping the water in motion and little heating during extreme colds.
If you want to swim during winter you could look into heating with fire , to keep the electricy down?
