Booster Pump Now a Geyser - First Q: What is it?

Ok, got a spiffy pressure-side cleaner - and it works quite well - if you ignore the water level constantly dropping, and the power switches at the pad are about 8" from getting sprayed.

Some on has removed a riveted-on plate, and "Goof off" made a blurry mess of the remaining plate.

That leaves pics:

That are 4 pass-through bolts holding the pump to the motor they take 9/16 on bolt and nut (FWIW)

It is 12.5 from face of inlet port to back of motor and approx 6.5 " dia.

The rest of the orig equip (which this looks to be (mid-80's)) was Sta-Rite.

I'm hoping that and the blue paint are enough to id.
I'm in the middle of a SLAM, and this is notplace to have to shut down pumps (even with the booster off, the spray from it is impressive).
