I have noticed my ladder seems to be getting what looks like rust developing on it. Also have what appears to be two minor rust stains on liner in the pool. My chemistry is spot on, any suggestions?

I am a new convert, so this year chlorine source is bleach. I cant even begin to tell you the problems I had last year. I did test results this morning here they are...

I will pull the ladder maybe later today after work and post some pics. The stain on the liner will be difficult to photograph will see what i can do
