So I am upgrading my DE filter to a 60 sq ft DE filter...
I purchased a DE6020 from Hayward, with a multiport valve as opposed to the bump down handle (that is broken)...
My question concerns plumbing the new filter.... can I plumb the multiport valve with a 90 to the pump, or should it be a straight shot...
It is going to be difficult to get it to be straight..... Hopefully there is not an issue using 90's to plumb the pressure and return from the
multiport valve..... I am also installing a SWG in the return line.....
Any advice is greatly appreciated.....
Thanks
