I have a Sta-rite crystal flo high rate sand filter and it's always worked beautifully. I know I broke it, 100% my fault, wondering what I need to do to fix it. I moved the handle from backwash to Waste without shutting it off. While doing so there was a very loud thud. I turned it off and started the filter because I assumed something broke and sure enough sand is coming out the jets, a lot of sand. I need advice on how to fix it quick.
