My pool recently started leaking. Dye showed the leak was at one of the return jets. What seems odd is that it only leaks when the skimmer runs. I shut the valve to the skimmer to isolate it and the jet does not leak. I can run the pump and the jets operate normally and do not leak as long as I leave the valve to the skimmer closed. A pool guy came over and he thinks the line is broken to the jet, but I would think the jet would leak all the time then?
