Gunite/Shotcrete Cure Times -- How long did your builder wait?

How long did your builder wait after gunite/shotcrete before moving on to Tile/Coping?

I've heard numbers from 7 days, 10 days, all the way to 28 days before doing anything after the shotcrete is in.

Thoughts?

Ours wanted to wait two weeks. It ended up being just over that. Both of them were done at or below freezing (which I imagine won't be an issue for you). Thankfully no ill effects.

Mine said two weeks is what he prefers to give it.
