Install spa light with no leaks

Hi, My contractors made a hole on the side of the pool (concrete surface) to install the light. It is not sealed properly so there is a leak. Does anyone know how to manage this- is there a sealant that expands, such as foam-like spray? Any ideas welcome. See photos attached.

Is that wire even running through conduit?? Expanding foam? Butyl Tape. I really don't even know what you are trying to seal here.

You may be better off just going to http://www.leaktools.com and browsing all their various adhesives etc.
