Do anything special after swimmers?

Do you do anything additional or special after swimmers, particularly regarding chlorine if levels seem ok? (This may be a dumb question but searched everywhere for answer and couldn't find it.). Tested FC this morning and was 4. Then tested about 2 hours after swimmers and it was 3, where it normally is at that time every day. Therefore, seems we hardly lost any due to swimmers. Had hubby raise to 5 but wondering if we should add more since we had swimmers. We use strictly liquid chlorine, no tabs.

FC 3 last time checked but in process of raising to 5

Roughly speaking, the chlorine demand from bathers in a pool will be around 1 ppm FC in 1000 gallons for every person-hour. So for your 25,000 gallon pool it would take 25 person-hours to see 1 ppm FC of chlorine demand. That's why you normally don't notice it. Of course, if someone urinates, that's different. Even so, it would take 4 cups of urine in your 25,000 gallon pool to create a chlorine demand of 1 ppm.
