Anybody paint The Liquidator....

I just received mine this week. My pool gets full sun throughout the afternoon. I'm just curious what some people did to block the Sun from affecting the chlorine in The Liquidator. If you painted it, what color did you use?

Painting them white is common. Put a strip of masking tape from top to bottom so that after you paint you can pull the tape and have a slit to see into the tank to see where the chlorine level is at.

I put a strip of blue painters tape from bottom to top of mine, then painted the front and both sides black. Remove the and you have a "site window" to check the level.
