JimboAZ, I thought that was Maricopa from your photos - we just had Presidential finish our pool in the Villages a few weeks ago - really happy with the outcome!

Cool, that's good to hear! We're in The Villages also. We've had a few minor issues but other than that things are running smoothly.

In other news, no big updates lately. They should be putting in the decking pretty soon so we're looking forward to that!

We had some issues as well, they were excellent at resolving them though

Hey gumby, yep the waterfall is real rock, and so are the accent boulders. Since we're not having a huge grotto and slide installed we went with real rock since we like the way it looks. Presidential did the waterfall. I believe they were direct Presidential employees, and not a sub.

The decking and coping took about 3.5 days to complete. The pool is looking great so far and we're really excited to see it completed! This is a long video, clocking in at about 14 minutes.

How many Sqft is your patio?

We ended up with about 405 sqft of travertine. We also have a tiled patio (partially covered) which is about 450 sqft which you can't see in the videos.

We've been enjoying the pool too much to post any updates! Everything is running great so far and I'm really loving the remote control for our Easytouch 8. I need to get some more pics up here but for now here are the final time lapse videos. Enjoy!

Haha, I am often the victim of auto-correct, but not in this case. The Stenner pumps are used to inject chlorine so you can use the BBB method without having to manually pour bleach in every day.
