Rustoleum: Deck and Concrete restore

I have done two for clients. It does get mixed reviews. It will peel after a while but it should last longer than stain. Did one about 4 years ago. It was not Rustoleum brand but it was manufactured by the same company. It just started to peel. The second was done last summer. Several things to keep in mind. I don't know how they came up with the coverage figure but they were WRONG. I think I got a little more than half of what was printed on the pail. Also the darker it is the hotter it gets in the sun. Almost burn the feet hot so I would go light. It does not cover 1/4" gaps. If the board is split then it will need to be nailed back down. Finish nails works good along with construction adhesive to prep for restore.
