Just fixed a few issues with my pump not holding prime and sucking air on the inlet side, that's fixed after re-lubing all the pump seals and PVC union seals. But now I'm trying to fix what started out as a small leak on the outlet side of my Pentair SuperFlo pump housing. The pool building for some reason didn't use a pump union kit, the only way to unscrew/screw the pipe is turn the whole pipe assembly (see photos). I need to replace the PVC and use some real pump unions to stop the leak, but I'm not sure which unions to buy.
Pentair Unions made for the SuperFlo pump, I think these unions use the outer threads on the pump inlet/outlet. (not sure why the pool building didn't use these)

Praher Union pump kit

Any thoughts? I need to buy one of these ASAP to get this fixed... I tried resealing the current pipe but it really needs to be redone and is still leaking.
Thanks for the help!
