My Pentair Mastertemp 400 pool/spa heater cycles off starting around 91 degrees with the temp set to 100. I took off the control panel cover and observed the unit while it was running. The LED indicator light never came on to indicate a problem even though the Service Heater light came on when the unit shut down. What is my next step?
