New pump equipment for Intex 12 x 24 x 52

Hi, I have an Intex 12 x 24 x 52 pool. 8400 gals.w/ saltwater. It is less than 90 days old and the pump equipment has been replaced twice. We have decided to replace the pump equip, but not sure which brand is good or bad. We have had enough BAD with Intex. Also I would like to hard plum the new system but don't where to start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

A lot of people think highly of the Intex 2650 sand filter/pump combo but if you're opposed to Intex, I'd suggest a small filter with the smallest pumps you can get from one of the major mfg's (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc). You can make the choice of sand, cartridge or DE.
