Still have a cloudy green pool!!! Help please!!!

I have an inground pool with a vinyl liner. 25k gallons.
Went on vacation and came back to a green pool. Started treatment on 8/2/12. Today is 8/7 and I can see a little bit of blue tint now, but nevertheless it is still cloudy green.

Pool store water test on 8/2 was as follows:
FAC = 0
TAC = 0
CYA = 30
TA = 90
PH = 7.2
PHO = 1000

Here's what I've done to treat water per pool store:
Increased Ph to 7.8 or higher with Soda Ash
Added product sold to me by pool store called Green To Clean to kill the algae.
Then superchlorinated with 12lbs of ChlorBrite, adding only 4lbs every 12 hours over a 36 hour time frame.
Then on 8/5 I added 10 oz of Ultra Bright Water Clarifier in the afternoon.
On 8/6 backwashed the pool in the morning.
On 8/6 in the evening I added another 10oz. of Ultra Bright Water Clarifier.
I tested the water this morning with my HTH 6 way test strips.
TH = 200
FC = 0
PH = 7.2
TA = 40
CYA = 30-50

Seeing the TA was low, I have added about 3lbs. of Alkalinity Up.
Skimmer baskets are clean. There is not any debris in the pool. Have been running the Polaris occasionally throughout this process. The pump has been running for days now and still not seeing any improvement.

I would really appreciate any advice you can give.

The nest thing you can do is order yourself a recommended test kit (see link in signature) and stop going to the pool store. The first trip you do not take to the pool store, you will have saved the money invested on the test kit. BTW: test strips should not be trusted as they seem to be quite inaccurate in most cases.

While waiting for the kit to arrive, read Pool School (button at upper right) to start understanding the pool chemistry.

You need to follow the Shocking Your Pool process. This process does NOT use most of the chemicals you have added. You just need chlorine and a lot of it.

Yup, the solution involves a proper test kit and the knowledge on how to use it (pool school), with those tools any problem can be dealt with.

The first thing is you need to decide if the pool store advice is what you want to follow, or the advice here. If you follow ours, you'll need to start with a test kit. It's a chunk of change, but I bet it's less than 1/2 what you've already spent at the pool store.

Then follow the directions to which you've already been given the links above.
