T/A (Total alkalinity) level & CH

TA is reading 160, can we swim in this today or should I lower it first? Is the CH of 250 something to worry about before swimming as well?

PH was a little high last night so I added pHDown..maybe that raised the TA?

CH at 250 is just fine for any kind of pool. TA at 160 is a little high, but can be ignored unless CH is 500+ or your PH is going up annoyingly quickly.
