My Aqua logic Control is not keeping the correct time which is making the Pool come on and go off at weird times. The timer is set at the correct time but the clock is not keeping or synchronizing the correct time. I am having to reset the clock 2 times/day to make sure sure the pool comes on and goes off at the set times. Any ideas of what might be wrong??

I wish I could help...that's a strange problem! Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? They may be able to help you fix it, or should take care of it if it's still under warranty.
